ORDER PROCESSING TIME: 
Please note whether your product is in stock or needs to be ordered from the supplier as this will make a difference to the length of time taken to process the order line.

Each product may have individual availability messages on the product page - please ensure you read this before emailing about an order. e.g. Apple products are built to order and some come from China so there is an extended delivery time. Processing times will vary widely dependent on availability from the supplier.

PLEASE NOTE: As we use multiple supply partners we are reliant on them still having stock when they receive your order from us - so all estimated stock levels and delivery timescales are ESTIMATES only and are liable to change, delay or cancellations in circumstances beyond our control. Covid-19 and issues like the Suez Canal blockage will also have an impact on stock levels and delivery estimates.

Note: All products are ordered subject to availability. Electronics especially (tablets, laptops, cameras etc.) can go out of stock and be cancelled without notice. If this happens we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible.

CANCELLATIONS: 
If you wish to cancel your order please use the cancellation request buttonwhich is shown at the bottom of every order page. Please note a cancellation can only be completed, and refund processed, once the supplier has confirmed that the order will not be shipped.

EBOOKS or Kortext eBooks: 

These can be accessed via link on the My Orders page or (for Kortext) via a login/password provided in an email.
PLEASE NOTE:

1. For Kortext eBooks you can access via their website www.kortext.com by using your email address and previously emailed password - and via the Kortext App - available for Apple, Android and Windows devices.
2. For all other eBooks you must install Adobe Digital Editions software and activate your device with your ADE account before clicking on the eBook link within your order.

Subscription to Kortext Premium+

• Your subscription is for a minimum of a year, from the date of the activation of your account. Notification to renew will be sent to the email used for your account.
• Activation of your account is confirmed once you have accessed an ebook
• A refund can only be approved if you have not accessed any ebooks on your account or not used any of the tools provided within it.
• If you do not renew your subscription to Kortext Premium+, your account will revert to a Kortext Essential level account. Please note that if you cancel your subscription you may lose uploaded files and access to any notes or work that you have created
